Have you tried using a Konjac Sponge as outlined in our previous email?
If you did, here’s how to take care of your used Konjac Sponge:
Place your Konjac Sponge in very hot (but not boiling) water for about 5 minutes to disinfect it. This is crucial to ensure that your Konjac Sponge is properly sterilized. The last time you want to have is to just a Konjac Sponge that is filled with germs and bacteria.
After 4-6 weeks, pitch the sponge and use a new one. You know it is time to replace the sponge when the sponge no longer expands properly and starts to disintegrate.
There you have it. You now know what a Konjac Sponge is, who is it for, why it is useful, how to use it and how to take care of it.
